Abstract

In this contribution, Romain Hofer, Head of Marketing & Communication for Manpower, Switzerland, emphasizes the importance of foreign languages on the job and how future employees are screened for their language skills. He encourages young people to work abroad and return with both language and team-player skills in the spirit of “If you can make it there, you can make it anywhere”!
