This article aims to report the main results obtained by the project "Tessuti SOCIALI" (SOCIal Learning, Museum Settings, Languages, Interactions): cognitive paths for the Textile Museum of Prato, coordinated by the University for Foreigners of Siena and financed by the Tuscany Region. In Prato, the second largest city in Tuscany, the foreign resident population represents 22% of the total population. In a multilingual and multicultural social reality such as Prato, it is essential to improve services related to the museum sector and to increase accessibility to cultural initiatives. "Tessuti SOCIALI" is an inclusion project that intends to foster the development of language skills and intercultural awareness, with the help of new technologies.
