Hotel & Gastro formation Schweiz in Weggis und Lonay ist eine Institution, die seit 90 Jahren Ausund Weiterbildung in der Branche Hotellerie und Gastronomie betreibt. Entstanden ist sie aus einer sozialpartnerschaftlichen Interessengemeinschaft für die Berufslehre Koch und sie wird von den drei Trägerverbänden hotelleriesuisse, GastroSuisse und Hotel & Gastro Union getragen.
