Résumé

Levanto is a web-based tool for the assessment of teaching aids. It was developed by the Interkantonale Lehrmittelzentrale (ilz) and is primarily available for cantonal teaching aid commissions. Levanto includes 52 assessment criteria. The criteria can be weighted in order to match different assessment situations. Levanto generates analytical graphics dynamically which are available online and as PDF files. It is also possible to carry out group evaluations. Levanto serves to identify strengths and weaknesses of educational materials, to enhance the discourse around aspects of quality and to make the assessment process more transparent. Finally, Levanto supports the standardization of the evaluation process.
