Résumé

In the development project “More languages for all”, teachers of the mother tongue and culture (HSK) in cooperation with teachers of regular classes, try to promote the integration of the first language. The multilingual tandem cooperation begins with the introduction of different teaching situations. Based on these explorations, each team – HSK and regular teacher – plans specific lessons in a later phase of the project, which are carried out in regular classes. Based on Altrichter’s spiral of action, Posch and Spann are responsible for the development and, if necessary, adaptation of the planning and construction cycles that they are jointly responsible for.
